From global agencies and enterprise organizations to regional transformations, every stage of my career has reinforced the same idea: design is most valuable when it helps people and organizations move forward together.

My career began in advertising and creative direction, where I developed a strong foundation in storytelling, visual communication and brand thinking.

Over time, that foundation evolved into customer experience, enterprise platforms, digital transformation and design leadership, working with organizations including Scotiabank, Accenture Song, Samsung LATAM, Havas, Copa Airlines, Nutribullet and BD.

Across industries and teams, a consistent pattern emerged. The most meaningful projects were never about interfaces alone. They were about helping organizations navigate change, align multidisciplinary teams and turn complex business challenges into experiences people could understand and adopt.

Working across agencies, consulting firms and enterprise environments taught me how to connect strategy, design, technology and execution while collaborating with executives, product teams, engineers, marketers and subject matter experts.

Today, that remains the way I approach every project: bringing clarity to complexity and helping organizations transform ideas into experiences that create lasting value.
